MESIL® ME-Si69 - Sulfur-functional silane


MESIL® ME-Si69, also known as Bis-(triethoxysilylpropyl) tetrasulfide, a sulfur-functional silane and contains both silane and sulfide groups. It is a crosslinking agent and is used to improve the mechanical properties of the material such as strength and toughness. 


ME-Si69 is commonly used in rubber and tire production as a vulcanizing agent. Applications include low rolling resistance tires, mechanical rubber goods and shoe soles.  It is a liquid at room temperature and can be easily handled and applied as a liquid. 


We also highly recommend HJSIL® Fumed Silica and HPSIL® Speciality Silica for Rubbers And Plastics industries.
